MOHANA RAMANAN

Mohana served as a disciple and learnt the art of Yoga with great dedication under the guru Swami Sithanantha Saraswathy in the Ashramam of Swami Sivananda. She excelled as a star disciple of her revered gure. Eventually she married , emigrated to Canada and was further trained as an instructress by guru. She is now an instructress at Insudar Yoga Nilayam. She is specially trained in instructing children. Her vaste knowledge and experience in teaching children human values and character education in various school settings, facilitates her ability to instruct yoga to youth effectively.
