MEDITATION

Meditation helps bring forth the latent energy in us and allows us to attain life goals. Anyone can take up meditation, including those who are not spiritually inclined. This practice helps one engage fully in work and education.

The guru may teach meditation to his pupils in various ways. Once one has gained sufficient experience in meditation practice, he may be able to direct his energies in an orderly manner. These energies cannot be seen with the naked eye but can be felt interacting instead. Regular meditation enhances one's quality of life.

Modern life subjects man to debilitating mental and emotional stress. When confronted by these states many turn to various medications. What we do not realize is that medicines are only effective at alleviating the symptoms of illness and not the cause. By practising meditation however, one can eradicate the cause of ailment entirely.
